14 Days of the In-Between
A guided journal for healing the quiet space between siblings who were close, but never quite close enough.
 
There is a quiet ache that lives in the space between childhoods. Maybe you were the older sibling who helped raise the younger ones, or the one who was always a little too old or too young to belong fully. Maybe you were the bridge, the babysitter, the afterthought, or the peacemaker. You were part of the story, but never quite centered in it.
This journal is for you. The sibling who was always there, but not always seen. The one whose story unfolded just outside the spotlight.
 
Over the course of 14 days, this guided journal offers prompts, tools, affirmations, and reflection space to help you give language to your experience. You will explore the impact of age gaps, unspoken expectations, and quiet emotional labor. You will also practice releasing comparison and reclaiming the identity you formed in between the lines of everyone else’s chapters.
